Key Responsibilities
- Monitor food & beverage costs and inventory movement
- Conduct stock audits and variance analysis
- Prepare cost reports and recommendations
- Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen, and operations teams
- Manage POS/ERP system entries and support menu engineering analysis
- Ensure proper costing procedures and cost efficiency
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller in F&B or Hospitality
- Strong knowledge of inventory, costing, and stock control
- Experience working with ERP systems, menu engineering, and cost optimization strategies
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and costing systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid Qatar Driving License
