• Analyze and forecast financial impacts of business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with business units and senior management to provide data-driven financial recommendations.
• Present objective financial assessments and advise on efficient resource allocation.
• Monitor monthly expenditure and manage variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
• Lead investigations into significant variances and implement corrective control actions.
• Manage preparation, execution, and analysis of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Develop structured business cases for investments, assessing costs, benefits, risks, and strategic alignment.
• Promote value-based decision making culture across project proposals.
• Evaluate opportunities, risks, and efficiency improvements through financial analysis.
• Report KPI performance for assigned departments and business units.
• Review internal controls and recommend process and governance enhancements.
• Prepare and present business cases to cost management committees.
• Enhance costing processes related to menu development and operational changes.
• Review general ledger accounts and ensure timely resolution of exceptional items.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial systems and automation initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to deliver high quality analysis and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, or CA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant finance and business management experience.
• Strong knowledge of internal finance systems and cost center accounting.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost reduction methodologies.
• Ability to work under tight reporting timelines with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of business cycles and profit and loss drivers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
