Chartered Accountant​/Finance Manager

Financial Management

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, P/L statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports
• Monitor company budgets, project costing and profitability
• Oversee receivables, payables, banking and cash flow planning
• Handle multi-company accounting and financial consolidation

• Ensure compliance with Qatar financial regulations and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants and banks
• Manage internal controls and financial governance
• Ensure accurate documentation and audit readiness

• Support management in strategic financial planning and decision‑making
• Analyze operational costs and improve financial efficiency
• Assist project teams in commercial evaluations and financial controls
• Monitor inventory valuation and procurement financial processes

• Maintain and improve ERP accounting systems
• Ensure proper financial data management and reporting accuracy
• Drive process improvements and digital financial workflows

• Supervise finance and accounts staff
• Establish professional finance procedures and reporting standards
• Support management with business expansion and operational planning

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
• Additional qualifications such as CMA, CPA, MBA Finance are advantageous

• 5–12 years of relevant experience
• Experience in engineering, contracting, industrial trading, or oil & gas‑related industries preferred
• GCC/Middle East experience is an added advantage

• Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge
• ERP/Tally/Zoho/SAP/Oracle/Odoo experience preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capabilities
• Knowledge of project accounting and commercial finance
