Investment Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to join our growing team in Doha. Aventicum Capital Management is one of the largest independent asset management companies in Qatar. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on alternative investments and private markets across the Middle East and beyond.

• Build and analyze complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
• Conduct comprehensive market and industry research
• Perform valuation analysis (DCF, comparables, precedent transactions)
• Monitor investment performance and assist in portfolio strategy
• Participate in financial, operational, and legal due diligence
• Support deal structuring and financing strategies
• Prepare investment reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with senior leadership and contribute to strategy
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (Master's is a plus)
• CFA or CAIA certification preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in private equity or alternative assets
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel, Bloomberg)
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
