Job Duties / Responsibilities- Deliver financial reports and present financial data to managerial staff while suggesting actionable improvements.
- Recommend investment measures and develop strategies for the company.
- Monitor the financial performance of the organization.
- Examine costs, variable contributions, pricing, sales outcomes and the company’s real performance compared to business plans.
- Build trend analyses and financial forecasts.
- Perform reviews and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Oversee finance department operations, set objectives and design plans to achieve them.
- Prepare the company’s budget.
- Cooperate with auditors to ensure proper tracking of company finances.
- Coordinate with other departments to align company plans and agree on future initiatives.
- ACCA / CFA / CPA or Bachelor’s in Accounts from a recognized university.
- 7–10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem‑solving, analytical and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
