Key Account Management
Manage key customer relationships, drive project delivery, and ensure client satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities and develop marketing strategies. Lead team performance and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor partner acquisitions and team performance.
- Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow revenue.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with key stakeholders.
Oversee financial operations and support strategic planning by maintaining accurate records, reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Prepare financial statements, conduct account reconciliations, and manage payroll.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal audit requirements.
- Process invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Support month‑end closing activities and financial analysis.
- Use ERP and advanced Excel to generate reports and track financial performance.
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant certification required for financial roles. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field for entry positions. Managerial roles require leadership and negotiation skills.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in MS Excel, ERP knowledge, and compliance expertise. Bilingual communication in Arabic and English is preferred for client‑facing positions.
