Make Construction Better

The interns will support the Credit & Collection Department in managing day-to-day activities related to credit management and collection management. This role is designed to provide exposure to financial operations while identifying talent with the potential to grow into higher positions within Finance or other functions.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist in monitoring customer accounts and payment schedules.
  • Support in preparing and reviewing credit facility agreements.
  • Help in analyzing customer creditworthiness through reports and documentation.
  • Track outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer communications.
  • Collaborate with the sales & other teams to ensure compliance with company credit policies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Learning & Development Opportunities
  • Exposure to corporate credit management practices.
  • Hands‑on experience in collection processes and financial risk assessment.
  • Training in financial documentation, reporting, and compliance.
  • Mentorship from senior finance professionals.

What You’ll Bring
  • Education:

    Master’s degree in finance or business administration
  • Preferably currently engaged in an internship or with prior internship experience in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
  • Qatar car driving license
