Handling Sales Activity for Intellect Design’s award‑winning Banking technology products in Qatar & Kuwait

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in Digital, Lending, and Core Banking solutions to join our team in Qatar/Kuwait.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the banking and financial software industry, with a proven track record of engaging with Digital Banks, traditional Banks. A deep understanding of Digital and Emerging Technologies is essential to drive business growth in this competitive market.

This position requires a strategic thinker and a relationship builder capable of developing tailored solutions that address the evolving needs of clients in the financial sector.

Experience
  • Experience in Sales and Business Development within the banking and financial software industry.
  • Expertise in selling Digital, Lending, and Core Banking solutions or Transaction Banking solutions
  • Experience engaging with Digital Banks, traditional Banks, and NBFCs in the Middle East market.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Skills
  • Deep understanding of banking systems, lending platforms, and digital transformation in financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI, Blockchain, and Cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
