Associate, Private Equity

About our client

Our client is a growing investment firm based in Doha with a strong track record in private markets investing. The platform deploys long‑term capital across the region and internationally, partnering with governments and sponsors.

• This is an Associate‑level role within the private equity team, working closely with senior investment professionals
• You will be involved across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and analysis through to execution and ongoing asset management
• Supporting evaluation of new investment opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis
• Assisting with due diligence processes across financial, technical and legal work streams
• Preparing investment memoranda and materials for internal investment committees
• Supporting transaction execution, including structuring, negotiations, and coordination with advisors
• Monitoring portfolio assets, including performance analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives
• Conducting sector research and market mapping
• Working with external stakeholders including advisors, co‑investors and lenders

• Relevant experience in private equity or investment banking
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with experience building and reviewing complex models
• Strong understanding of investment fundamentals, risk analysis, and value creation
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
