About Our Client

Our client is a growing investment firm based in Doha with a strong track record in private markets investing. The platform deploys long-term capital across the region and internationally, partnering with governments and sponsors.

The private equity team is actively expanding its investment activity, creating the need for an Associate to support execution and portfolio management.

• This is an Associate-level role within the private equity team, working closely with senior investment professionals.
• You will be involved across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and analysis through to execution and ongoing asset management.
• Supporting evaluation of new investment opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis.
• Assisting with due diligence processes across financial, technical and legal work streams.
• Preparing investment memoranda and materials for internal investment committees.
• Supporting transaction execution, including structuring, negotiations, and coordination with advisors.
• Monitoring portfolio assets, including performance analysis, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
• Conducting sector research and market mapping.
• Working with external stakeholders including advisors, co‑investors and lenders.

• Relevant experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills, with experience building and reviewing complex models.
• Strong understanding of investment fundamentals, risk analysis, and value creation.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
