Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage finance and accounting operations across multiple group companies
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Monitor profitability, project costs, client invoicing, collections, and overall financial performance
• Oversee payroll, WPS, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and Qatar regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, government authorities, and external stakeholders
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making and business growth

• Strategic thinker with strong financial and commercial acumen
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls
• Experience managing multi-entity finance operations
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and business-focused professional

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting and finance experience
• Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Microsoft Office, and accounting software

Salary: QAR 8,000 – 10,000 + FAT (Food, Accommodation & Transportation)
