Position Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Manager to oversee the organization's financial planning, accounting operations, budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the exchange house, banking, or financial services sector and possess strong analytical, leadership, and financial management skills. The Finance Manager will play a key role in ensuring financial integrity, optimizing business performance, and supporting strategic decision‑making.

• Manage all financial and accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Develop, monitor, and control annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain financial stability.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Oversee internal controls and implement effective financial risk management practices.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Prepare regulatory reports required by financial authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Evaluate financial performance, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor finance and accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Support business growth initiatives through financial planning, investment analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, and other financial stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 8–10 years of finance management experience.
• Proven experience within an exchange house, banking, or financial services environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, taxation, and regulatory compliance.

One or more of the following professional certifications is required:

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant)
• ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)
• CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
• CA (Chartered Accountant)
• Or an equivalent internationally recognized finance qualification.

• Strong financial analysis and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling expertise.
• Strong understanding of banking and financial services regulations.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
