Banking IT PM: AML, Core Banking & Fraud

We're Hiring! Multiple IT Specialist & Project Management Roles for the Banking Sector based in Qatar.

We're looking for experienced banking technology and project management professionals to join us in Doha. If you have a strong background in AML, Treasury, Core Banking, or Fraud Solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

• Project Manager - AML/Treasury
  :
  Lead end-to-end AML and Treasury projects, from transaction monitoring and sanctions screening to liquidity reporting. 8+ years' PM experience in banking required.
• Project Manager
  - Core Banking: Drive implementation, migration, and upgrade projects for Core Banking platforms (Temenos, Finacle etc.). 10+ years' experience, with 3 to 5 years on Core Banking projects.
• IT Project Manager
  - Fraud Solution Implementation: Deliver Fraud/AML technology solutions in a banking context. 8–10 years of experience as IT Project Manager including 5+ years of experience in fraud/AML/financial crime prevention. PMP/PRINCE2 is required.
• IT Developer - (Core Banking & Regulatory Reporting) Strong technical expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports, ETL and Business Objects skills, with 5+ years of experience in regulatory reporting.
• System Specialist - (Anti Money Laundering): Support and enhance AML and Treasury applications, with exposure to platforms like Kondor, Net Reveal and Kiya. Minimum 3 to 5 years' hands‑on banking IT experience is required.

What we're looking for across these roles:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Science or Engineering.
• Proven experience in regulated banking environments.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification (for Project Manager roles) is a plus.
• Familiarity with FATF/Basel regulatory frameworks.
• Prior GCC/Qatar market experience is highly preferred.
