Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and financial planning activities. The ideal candidate will ensure financial stability, maintain compliance with regulations, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and profitability.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Coordinate with auditors and manage annual audits.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve business performance
- Prepare management reports and present financial insights to senior leadership.

- Lead and supervise the finance and accounting team.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
