Group Legal Director

We are seeking an experienced Director – Concessions & Project Finance to lead the development, structuring, financing, and management of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying investment opportunities, negotiating concession agreements, securing project financing, and managing stakeholder relationships across the project lifecycle.

• Lead the development and management of infrastructure and energy concession projects.
• Structure, negotiate, and manage concession agreements, PPP contracts, PPA agreements, and related project documents.
• Lead project finance activities, including financial modeling, debt/equity structuring, lender engagement, and financial close.
• Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Coordinate with government entities, investors, lenders, advisors, and project stakeholders.
• Manage project development activities from inception through financial close and operations.
• Conduct commercial, financial, and risk assessments for new projects.
• Support strategic growth initiatives and portfolio expansion.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the development and management of energy and infrastructure assets, including concessions and PPP projects.
• Proven experience with Concession Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), BOT/BOOT models, and PPP structures

• Strong Project Finance background with a successful track record in arranging and closing project financing transactions.
• Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent commercial, financial, and negotiation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
