Relationship Manager – Wealth Management | Qatar (Hybrid / the candidate can relocate to Dubai, UAE)
We are hiring an experienced Relationship Manager – Wealth Management for a leading DFSA-regulated wealth management and investment advisory firm based in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
The firm provides independent wealth management and investment advisory solutions to High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals, entrepreneurs, families, and institutional clients. Through a strong international banking and custody network, clients gain access to global investment opportunities and world-class wealth management services.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals currently working in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Priority Banking, Financial Advisory, or Investment Advisory who have established client relationships and are looking to grow within an independent, open-architecture platform.
Key Responsibilities- Build, manage, and expand relationships with HNW and UHNW clients.
- Acquire new clients and contribute to the growth of Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend suitable wealth management and investment solutions.
- Conduct regular client meetings and portfolio reviews.
- Partner with investment and advisory teams to deliver tailored investment strategies.
- Support clients throughout the onboarding and account opening process.
- Maintain exceptional client service through proactive relationship management.
- Generate new business through personal networks, referrals, and relationship-building.
- Ensure all client interactions comply with applicable regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Priority Banking, Investment Advisory, Financial Advisory, or a related field.
- Established network of HNW and affluent clients within the UAE.
- Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.
- Good understanding of investment products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, structured products, and alternative investments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
