We are currently seeking an ambitious Qatari National. This role provides superior professional service to Premier customers through active portfolio management, grow the Premier customer base & deliver the global Premier service standards as per targets set.
In this role, you will:- Acquire new-to-bank Premier customers: Prospect through networking, referrals and market visibility; conduct external customer visits and convert leads within agreed SLAs.
- Grow portfolio value through proactive relationship management: Maintain regular, planned customer contact; deepen relationships and build long-term retention through strong engagement and advice-led conversations.
- Deliver wealth and lending solutions to meet customer needs (and AOP targets): Identify opportunities and provide appropriate investment/insurance/wealth solutions (directly or via referrals), and support lending needs within delegated authority and policy.
- Ensure consistently excellent Premier service and complaint resolution: Own walk-in and portfolio service needs; handle issues quickly and tactfully, log and resolve complaints within SLA, and ensure root causes are addressed/escalated.
- Maintain accurate customer records and drive effective use of service channels: Keep contact history and opportunity data up to date; guide customers to efficient channels (e.g., Premier Support Centre, internet/phone) while protecting experience quality.
- Operate with strong risk, compliance and control discipline: Complete KYC/CDD with no overdue profiles; comply with FIM, local regulatory requirements, sanctions/AML standards; respond to screening, alerts within SLA; protect information security (clear desk, secure handling, mandatory training).
- Graduate degree with prior sales and service experience in the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with high net worth / affluent customers.
- Experience delivering sales/service via non-branch channels (phone, email, face-to-face meetings).
- Good understanding of financial markets and wealth products, including investments and insurance.
- Proven track record of developing and executing a sales strategy and achieving targets.
- Preferred: professional financial qualification (e.g., CISI or equivalent).
- Understanding of HSBC Group and cross-business awareness is an advantage.
- Strong selling and presentation skills regarding Wealth / Insurance & Investment solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing and relationship building over the phone.
- Fluency in English.
