HSBC is seeking an ambitious BCO Manager to provide credit advisory and support services to Relationship Managers. You will lead client reviews, renewal activities, and perform financial and credit analysis on behalf of RMs, ensuring risk controls are embedded in the end-to-end C&L process.
You will engage with Risk Partners to balance commercial outcomes with risk management, and work with the BCO Team Lead to embed robust credit risk controls and MI across the process.
