Manager – Financial Control & Business

A diversified organization in Qatar is seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee financial reporting, planning, controls, cash-flow management, and business performance across multiple operations.

This position requires a commercially minded finance leader who can strengthen financial governance, deliver reliable management information, improve processes, and support senior leadership with data-driven insights.

• Oversee monthly and annual financial closing, reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate budgeting and monitor actual results against approved plans.
• Manage cash-flow forecasting, working capital, receivables, and payables.
• Strengthen financial controls, approval processes, and accounting procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate external audits, tax submissions, and statutory reporting.
• Review business proposals, pricing, contracts, and investment opportunities from a financial perspective.
• Monitor the financial performance and profitability of different business activities.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, automation, and process improvement.
• Support consistent accounting practices and intercompany reconciliations.
• Lead and develop the finance team while promoting accuracy, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Provide financial recommendations and decision support to senior leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, ACA, or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of eight years of progressive finance experience, including three years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Experience supporting multiple companies, business units, or revenue streams.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and internal controls.
• Good understanding of IFRS and applicable Qatar regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing audits and statutory reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in ERP or accounting systems.
• Strong commercial judgment, analytical ability, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High standards of integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
