Tax Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to oversee the organization's tax compliance, planning, reporting, and advisory activities. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to applicable tax regulations, identify tax optimization opportunities, and provide strategic guidance on tax-related matters.

• Manage all corporate tax compliance, reporting, and filing requirements.
• Monitor tax legislation and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization.
• Provide tax advice and guidance on business operations, transactions, contracts, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead tax planning activities and identify opportunities to optimize tax efficiency while maintaining compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Review and enhance tax policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support financial reporting requirements related to taxation and deferred tax calculations.
• Manage tax risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.
• Prepare and present tax-related reports, analyses, and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and develop the tax function and support capability-building initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 8-12 years of relevant tax experience

• Strong knowledge of corporate taxation, tax compliance, tax accounting, and tax risk management.
• Experience working with complex tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
