Location: Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Finance Manager to lead and oversee all financial operations within a leading Trading & Contracting organization in Qatar. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, budgeting, project costing, and driving business performance.

• Manage all finance and accounting functions of the organization.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning activities.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor project costing, profitability, and financial performance across multiple projects.
• Implement and maintain strong financial controls and compliance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and audit requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Support senior leadership with strategic financial analysis and business insights.
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.
• Utilize ERP systems and SAP Success Factors to support operational and financial reporting requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA is preferred.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Mandatory experience within Trading & Contracting and/or Construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, contract management, financial controls, and cost management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• GCC experience, preferably in Qatar, is highly desirable.

• Currently working in a Trading & Contracting or Construction organization.
• Proven experience managing project-based financial operations.
• Strong understanding of construction finance, project costing, and commercial reporting.
• Experience supporting business growth and operational excellence.
