Cashier, Finance & Banking

Key Responsibilities:

• Payment collection:
  Handle cash, card, cheque, and bank transfer transactions; issue receipts; monitor cheque due dates; release incentives as approved.
• Daily cash management:
  Count, verify, and reconcile cash float; deposit collections; prepare daily reports; ensure secure handling of funds.
• Vehicle registration:
  Review documents, issue traffic cards, liaise with traffic department, and maintain accurate registration files.
• Delivery coordination:
  Oversee PDI, inspections, gate passes, and delivery orders; ensure smooth customer handover.
• Supplier payments:
  Process payments, coordinate with Finance, liaise with banks, and maintain organized records.
• Compliance:
  Adhere to internal controls, report irregularities, support audits, and safeguard client confidentiality.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 1–3 years’ experience in cashiering, collections, or accounting
• Proficiency in POS systems, accounting software, and MS Excel
• Integrity and reliability in handling sensitive financial data
• Experience in automotive dealership or vehicle registration is an advantage
