Director of Investor Relations

Bridge Holding is seeking an Investor Relations Director to lead our LP fundraising strategy and investor relationship program. You'll drive capital-raising efforts, strengthen relationships with institutional investors, and act as the senior interface between Bridge Holding's investment leadership and its LP base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the LP fundraising strategy, including investor segmentation across sovereign wealth funds, pensions, family offices, and funds of funds
• Plan and lead investor roadshows, fundraising meetings, and due diligence sessions
• Oversee development of investor materials — pitchbooks, private placement memoranda, DDQs, and data-room content
• Lead investor communications, including quarterly updates, annual reports, and material fund notices
• Oversee fund performance reporting (IRR, MOIC, DPI, RVPI, TVPI) and capital account communications (calls, distributions, fees, carried interest)
• Direct investor due diligence and ensure investor relations activity complies with LPAs, side letters, and regulatory requirements
• Lead and develop the Investor Relations team, setting accountabilities and performance standards

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CFA, CA, or CPA preferred
• 12–15 years' experience in investor relations, private equity fundraising, or institutional capital raising
• 5–7+ years in a senior leadership role managing LP engagement, roadshows, or investor reporting
• Strong knowledge of PE fund structures and fund economics (fees, carried interest, hurdle rates, waterfalls)
• Executive-level communication skills, comfortable presenting to sophisticated institutional investors
