- Own end‑to‑end commercial responsibility for microlending products, from concept design through launch, scaling, and maturity
- Lead product launch execution, including pricing strategy, customer targeting, value proposition definition, and launch readiness
- Define commercial success metrics and post‑launch KPIs to measure adoption, portfolio performance, and profitability
- Drive continuous post‑launch optimisation based on portfolio behaviour, customer usage, and repayment trends
- Own the commercial strategy for scaling Ooredoo Money's SME business ecosystem, including merchant services, business accounts, and value‑added services
- Identify, evaluate, and commercially onboard SME‑focused partners including business solution providers, accounting software companies, and supply chain finance partners
- Negotiate commercial agreements, revenue sharing models, and SLAs with SME ecosystem partners to ensure optimal business outcomes
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for SME services, including pricing models, business incentives, and acquisition campaigns
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SME services while maintaining commercial viability and regulatory compliance
- Own the commercial P&L for microlending & SME products, ensuring sustainable, risk‑adjusted growth
- Develop and execute strategies to scale loan origination volumes, active portfolio size, and revenue contribution
- Monitor portfolio health, unit economics, and delinquency trends, proactively identifying performance risks and opportunities
- Leverage transaction, behavioural, and repayment data to identify credit performance drivers and early warning indicators
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking origination, utilisation, repayment, delinquency, and profitability metrics
- Conduct cohort and lifecycle analysis to refine underwriting criteria and improve commercial outcomes
- Translate analytical insights into actionable changes in product design, pricing, and eligibility rules
- Collaborate closely with technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams to deliver scalable and compliant microlending & SME solutions
- Lead commercial inputs into Commercial Requirements Documents (CRDs) for SME & Lending Partners
- Coordinate UAT and pre‑launch validation, ensuring commercial, customer experience, and regulatory requirements are met
- Support continuous platform and process improvements to enhance lending efficiency and customer outcomes
- Monitor developments in digital lending, microlending and SME regulations, and fintech credit models
- Analyse competitor products, pricing approaches, and customer propositions
- Support strategic decision‑making through structured market and commercial assessments
- Prepare and present regular performance and portfolio reports to senior management
