About the Role

Armaze Strategic Holding LLC is seeking a distinguished economic and financial expert to serve as Head of the Advisory Board — Non-Executive.

The role involves leading the Advisory Board and coordinating its members and specialized advisors, facilitating high-level strategic discussions, and providing independent economic, financial, and investment guidance to the company’s senior leadership.

The Head of the Advisory Board will provide strategic insight on the holding company’s overall economic and investment direction, corporate governance, institutional risk management, corporate restructuring, and long-term investment strategy, while remaining independent from day-to-day executive and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

Advisory Board Leadership

  • Lead and coordinate the activities of the Advisory Board and its specialized advisors.
  • Preside over Advisory Board meetings and facilitate high-level strategic discussions.
  • Ensure that the Board’s recommendations and advisory work are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Encourage independent, objective, and evidence-based analysis in support of major strategic decisions.
  • Provide senior-level expertise and independent advice on economic, financial, and investment matters.
  • Assess regional and global macroeconomic and financial developments and their potential impact on the company’s strategy and investments.
  • Provide forward-looking recommendations on long-term economic, financial, and investment strategies.
  • Advise senior leadership on major strategic opportunities, risks, and market developments.

Corporate Governance & Risk Management

  • Provide strategic guidance on the development and enhancement of corporate governance frameworks.
  • Support the establishment of strong standards of transparency, accountability, compliance, and institutional risk management.
  • Provide independent perspectives on significant governance, financial, and strategic risks.
  • Provide independent advisory input on corporate restructuring initiatives and asset strategies.
  • Advise on investment strategies, portfolio allocation, and long-term asset management.
  • Assess the strategic implications, opportunities, and risks associated with major investment and restructuring decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • The candidate must be a distinguished economic and financial expert, with extensive and proven expertise in economics, finance, investments, and strategic advisory.
  • A Ph.D. in Economics, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
  • A minimum of 30 years of distinguished professional experience in economics, finance, investment, or related fields.
  • A proven track record in investment strategy and corporate restructuring, preferably at the holding-company, investment-group, or institutional level.
  • Extensive expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and institutional risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of macroeconomics, financial markets, investment strategy, and economic policy.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have held senior executive or board-level leadership positions, such as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), or an equivalent senior leadership position, particularly within a major investment company, financial institution, or large corporate group.
  • Significant experience in strategic decision-making, institutional leadership, investments, and complex corporate matters.

  • Communication & Influence:
    Excellent ability to engage with senior executives, board members, advisors, and key stakeholders.

Work Arrangement

The position does not involve day-to-day executive or operational management. Its primary purpose is to provide independent strategic, economic, financial, and investment guidance at the holding-company level.
