The purpose of this role is to manage the transactions executed on behalf of customers by Wealth Management teams. Products include International Shares, Mutual Funds, Fixed Income and any other products made available to customers. Oversee the transactions executed for Bank’s Investment products like Bonds, Repo etc.

• Monitor the daily activities of the team members and ensure transactions/ad hoc activities are completed as per agreed time line
• Guide team members when needed and provide knowledge transfer as and when applicable
• Maintain regular interaction with key stakeholder for smooth execution of daily activities
• Discuss with T&I Ops Head about Issues in daily operational activities and raise Incidents if required
• Maintain SOP with latest process changes
• Ensure completeness of operational activities as per work flow mentioned in the SOP
• Reconcile all related suspense/GL accounts daily and investigate/fix if any breaks
• Adhere to time frames as per checklist (will be shared by direct manager) and handle any other work within the capabilities of the jobholder
• Perform all monthly/quarterly activities as per SOP
• Maintain all record files as per standards and requirements and ensure all records are complete and up to date so that the required information is readily available

Required Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Finance or equivalent

Required Experience: 8-10 years
