Success is seeking a diligent F&B Cost Control Assistant in Doha, Qatar. You will support the F&B Cost Controller with calculating costs, tracking price changes, and recommending solutions during shortages. The role involves monthly random inventory, stock trend analysis, and reporting cost savings opportunities.
You will work with the Line Manager and Finance to open new stores, manage opening inventories, and ensure accurate listing of current F&B and retail items in the POS system.
