Manage Treasury Control workflow. Ensure accuracy of real-time trading positions, P&L, and limits reporting to support risk control and profitability. Ensure timely completion of management reports with appropriate analysis and justification. Ensure accuracy of transaction flows to production systems. Produce timely and accurate reporting. Lead, train, and develop staff while promoting a teamwork-oriented environment.

• Provide operational support to Treasury management of assets and liabilities.
• Supervise 5-6 employees analyzing approximately 40, transactions annually.
• Control all Treasury Control Unit activities.
• Act as backup for Treasury Operations Middle Office.
• Implement KPIs and best practices.
• Promote efficiency, productivity, and cost consciousness.

• Ensure capital market and investment positions comply with QNB investment strategy and QCB limits.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Build strong relationships with related business units.
• Assist customers and internal stakeholders with treasury-related requests.
• Maintain agreed service levels with internal departments.

• Monitor treasury limits and standing instructions.
• Prepare and maintain treasury statistics and audit requirements.
• Monitor Islamic treasury transactions.
• Investigate discrepancies with banks and financial institutions.
• Reconcile trading positions and P&L balances with Front Office.
• Ensure investment and capital market exceptions receive proper approvals.
• Monitor trading balances, international shares, customer holdings, and investment portfolios.
• Support international branches and subsidiaries.
• Maintain OPICS setup, including counter parties, securities, rate re-fixings, settlement instructions, and settlement accounts.
• Oversee repo agreements and compliance with EMIR and MRUD regulations.

• Maintain strong knowledge of capital markets, investments, accounting treatments, liquidity management, and treasury products.
• Understand treasury and back-office systems, processing routines, accounting rules, payments, and reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international bank, treasury operations, investments control, or related field.
