Transport Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company s financial operations in Egypt The role is responsible for managing financial reporting budgeting forecasting treasury activities compliance internal controls and business performance analysis The Finance Manager will partner with operational and commercial teams to support strategic decision-making and ensure efficient financial management in line with company objectives

Financial Reporting Month-End Closing Lead the monthly quarterly and annual financial closing processes Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports Review journal entries account reconciliations and supporting schedules Monitor financial performance and provide insights on variances and business trends Budgeting Forecasting Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts Monitor actual performance against budget and identify key variances Support department heads in developing and managing their budgets Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency Financial Control Compliance Ensure compliance with company policies accounting standards and local regulations Develop implement and maintain effective internal controls Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation Treasury Cash Flow Management Manage cash flow planning and liquidity requirements Monitor bank accounts payments and collections Optimize working capital and support effective cash management practices Coordinate with banking partners and manage financing requirements when needed Accounts Receivable Payable Oversight Supervise billing collections and accounts receivable activities Monitor overdue balances and support collection efforts Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure timely vendor payments Ensure proper accounting treatment of invoices discounts and credit notes ERP Process Improvement Support and enhance financial processes within Oracle Fusion or other ERP systems Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process optimization Ensure data integrity and compliance within financial systems Team Leadership Manage coach and develop finance team members Establish clear objectives and performance expectations Foster a culture of accountability continuous improvement and collaboration

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.
