Hotel Manager

Overview

Hotel Manager position in Doha, Qatar. We are seeking Indian candidates with a strong background in hotel management for a contract basis. Per government regulations, the candidate must have a valid biometric passport.

• Oversee all operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure the smooth running of the hotel and increase profitability
• Train and manage staff to provide exceptional service to guests
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any issues or complaints in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations

• Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel management role
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Hindi or other Indian languages preferred)
• Experience working in a luxury hotel setting is highly desired
• Knowledge of Qatar's hospitality industry is an advantage
