Job SummaryA Waiter/Waitress is at the forefront of guest interactions and acts as a Hospitality Ambassador for the resort. They should always provide prompt and courteous service to all guests. Their key responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and comfort in our food and beverage outlets. They work as part of a team across departments to ensure the smooth operation of outlets, possess comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, services, and facilities, and continually develop their professional skills to enhance guest experience.
They also ensure a safe and hygienic workspace and uphold guests' privacy rights.

- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations
