Hotel Manager for Luxury Hotel in Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all hotel departments, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction, and managing a team of staff members.

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
• Ensure that all staff members are properly trained and motivated to provide exceptional service to guests
• Monitor and analyze financial performance of the hotel and implement strategies to increase profitability
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies and attract new business
• Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and discipline when necessary
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competition in the market, and local events/attractions

• Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role within a luxury hotel setting
• Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of staff members
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets through effective cost control measures
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) such as Opera or Fidelio
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary: 1800$ per month

Location:

Doha, Qatar (candidates currently residing in Qatar will be given preference)

This role does not include accommodation, so candidates must already have a place to live in Doha
