We are seeking an experienced Resident / Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 4-star property and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong operational knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Arabic speaking is a must, and candidates must hold a valid QID in Qatar.

• Supervise daily hotel operations:
  Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Security & Maintenance.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction; handle VIPs, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Maintain service quality, cleanliness, and brand standards across all departments.
• Lead, motivate, and develop staff; support department heads in meeting targets.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Oversee property maintenance, health & safety compliance, and SOP implementation.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of hotel operations experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Valid QID in Qatar is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of PMS systems and 4 /5 service standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
