Compensation: QAR 4,000 - QAR 8,000 per month, depending on experience and location.

• Check daily arrival list and welcome customers to the hotel.
• Respond to customer requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings.
• Arrange special services requested by the customer and promote hotel outlets and other facilities.
• Update registration cards, verify arrivals, and maintain guest information confidentiality.
• Handle incoming guest room reservations and manage room status and availability.
• Stay current with hotel promotions and event information; update log book and prepare for next shift.
• Follow hotel and corporate guidelines, ensuring exemplary customer service.
• Provide personalized, courteous service and information to guests.

• Minimum 3-4 years experience in a 4-5 star hotel position.
• Strong command of English; ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken form.
• Excellent time management, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional demeanor, natural smiling attitude, and pleasant personality.
• Age 25-35 years.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Guest relation oriented and a team player.
