Your Day to Day

• As a Telephone Operator, you will be responsible for attending to all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• You will coordinate with the concerned departments and deal with guest requirements in a courteous, charming and professional manner.

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort.
• Knowledge in Opera PMS is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Additional language is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to multitask.
