Your Day to Day
- As a Telephone Operator, you will be responsible for attending to all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- You will coordinate with the concerned departments and deal with guest requirements in a courteous, charming and professional manner.
- Similar experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort.
- Knowledge in Opera PMS is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Additional language is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to multitask.
