• Participate in all sales activities and work in line with the sales and marketing plan for various market segments to exceed hotel revenue and targets.
• Promote the hotel brand, contract new business, and maximize revenue.
• Establish outstanding business relationships within local, domestic and international markets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market intelligence.
• Attend travel functions, sales road shows, and organize sales trips to promote sales for the hotel.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and receive coaching and support to achieve your goals.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Pro‑active, self‑motivated, loves challenges.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a 5‑star hotel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment.
• Passion to lead and a desire to succeed.
