About the role:
We are looking for colleagues who can promote a culture of modern design and exceptional service, with a passion for outstanding customer-tailored service that is unique and authentic. Our guests choose our hotel for caring and attentive colleagues who provide efficient service and create a seamless, intuitive, signature experience, making their stay stress-free and successful. In this position you will supervise daily operations – guest rooms, public areas and back of the house – as well as the Housekeeping Attendants to ensure standards are followed and cleanliness is maintained across related areas.

- Relevant educational degree
- Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests
- International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
- Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent English
