Admissions Supervisor ensures team members are prepared to deliver guests an exceptional experience from check‑in through check‑out at the waterpark.
What will I be doing?- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest check‑in/out procedures and guest queries
- Respond to guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Cash handling and mathematical skills
- Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Strong administration skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understand correct procedures regarding acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with hotel credit policy
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Attend training courses, as necessary and required
- Strong business acumen skill
- Assist with other departments, as necessary
- Previous experience in a customer‑focused industry
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Competent level of IT proficiency
- Previous experience in theme park or attractions guest services, working with ticketing systems (VGS, Omni ticket, etc)
