POSITION SUMMARY

Responsibilities
  • Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay and make transactions feel like part of the experience.
  • Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
  • Move about the workspace, perform required physical tasks, and maintain a hands-on approach to work as needed.

    High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Physical/Work Environment

Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around and may stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. The role involves a hands-on approach to work, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
