Summary

As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all linens and garments within a hospitality establishment.

• Collecting soiled linens and garments from various departments.
• Sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and garments according to specific instructions.
• Operating and maintaining laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
• Inspecting laundered items to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Handling guest requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Following all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of different fabrics and their appropriate care instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
