As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise Food and Beverage outlet operations
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team to meet departmental targets.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Manage guest queries timely and efficiently.
• Represent the needs of the team.
• Assist management with achieving financial targets.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Participate in annual and mid‑year appraisals for team members under your responsibility.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
• Be environmentally aware.
• Assist other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships.

• Previous Food and Beverage experience.
• Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Ability to work independently or in teams.

• Previous experience in the hotel industry.
• Previous experience in supervising and/or delegation.
• Willingness to develop team members and yourself.
