Hotel Manager – Doha

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel located in Doha. The ideal candidate is an Indian national.

Salary: $1,500 per month.

Location:

Doha, Qatar.

• Indian nationality.
• Fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
• Previous experience in hotel management.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
• Manage budgets and financial plans to meet revenue targets.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and sales to promote the hotel.
