Responsibilities

As Team Leader – Reservations, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. You will assist the Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards.

Qualifications
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for guests
  • International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
  • Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent English;
    Arabic would be a distinctive advantage
