• Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Maintain high service standards and ensure attention to detail at all times
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
• Assist with team training, scheduling, and operational coordination
• Work closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service
• Support the management team during busy operations and high‑volume service periods
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards

• Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role within luxury hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work confidently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining service excellence
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Positive attitude with a hands‑on and team‑oriented approach
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as required

• Tax‑free annual salary of QAR 48,000
