As a Raffles Ambassador, you will be the gracious first point of contact for our guests, delivering a highly personalised and intuitive arrival and departure experience that reflects the timeless elegance and legendary service of Raffles. More than a traditional front desk role, the Raffles Ambassador curates meaningful connections, anticipates individual preferences, and ensures every guest journey is seamless, refined, and memorable.
The ideal candidate embodies sophistication, warmth, discretion, and a passion for creating exceptional luxury hospitality experiences.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Raffles brand standards, service culture, and luxury hospitality values
- Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring a refined and personalised arrival and departure experience
- Manage check-in, check-out, room assignments, billing, and cashiering procedures accurately and efficiently
- Anticipate guest preferences and personalise interactions to create memorable moments throughout the stay
- Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador of the hotel, its dining venues, wellness facilities, and local experiences
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented approach
- Coordinate closely with Butler Service, Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences to enhance recognition and loyalty
- Take ownership of service recovery, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and thoughtfully
- Uphold the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, communication, and confidentiality at all times
- Ensure all front office procedures and operational standards are consistently followed
- Support VIP arrivals, special occasions, and bespoke guest arrangements with exceptional attention to detail
- Promote loyalty programs, hotel services, and experiences confidently and authentically
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment that reflects the spirit of excellence and gracious hospitality synonymous with Raffles
- Previous experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or luxury hospitality preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and engaging presence
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Professional problem‑solving skills with a calm and composed approach
- Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hotel management systems is an advantage
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are highly valued
- Passion for luxury hospitality, personalised service, and creating unforgettable guest experiences
