• Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Present food and beverage menus, provide informed recommendations, and take orders accurately.
• Serve meals and beverages efficiently, maintaining elegance and discretion.
• Ensure all service areas are clean, well-stocked, and guest‑ready.
• Set up the restaurant prior to service and manage mise-en-place and mise-en-scène.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and resolve any concerns with care.
• Apply upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, and minimize wastage and breakage.

• Prior experience in a luxury restaurant, hotel dining, or fine-dining service preferred.
• Knowledge of international cuisine and beverages is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and an eagerness to learn and grow.
• Basic English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
