The role involves sorting, preparing, and handling soiled and clean linen, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards to deliver a consistent five‑star service.

• Sort soiled guestroom and F&B linen, label containers, and prepare for pick‑up.
• Identify misused linen and set aside for investigation.
• Report foreign objects found in the laundry area (cutlery, glass, needles, etc.).
• Fold, roll, and prepare clean towels, robes, and linens for distribution to floors and outlets.
• Operate washing tasks when required, handling chemicals safely and following training guidelines.
• Maintain a tidy and safe laundry area at all times.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to the supervisor.
• Wear protective gear such as masks and gloves as per safety requirements.
• Assist in other laundry or housekeeping duties as needed.
• Attend training programs provided by the housekeeping or HR department.

• High school diploma or vocational training preferred.
• At least 1 year of work experience, ideally in a luxury hotel laundry or housekeeping department.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Basic English communication skills desirable.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
