• Manage reservations, payments, and usage tracking for pool, spa, and recreation facilities
• Welcome guests and members professionally and maintain a friendly reception environment
• Monitor massage bookings and manage locker keys and towel distribution
• Promote spa products, activities, and available recreation services
• Post guest and member charges accurately in the system and follow accounting procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and locker areas
• Ensure availability of towels, reading materials, and promotional items
• Support sales through strong knowledge of pricing, memberships, and facilities
• Assist potential members with facility tours and membership information
• Follow environmental, health, and safety policies at all times
• Report guest feedback or complaints promptly to supervisors
• Support cleaning and operational tasks as required by the department

• High school qualification with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in an international hospitality environment preferred
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Arabic language knowledge considered an advantage
• Customer-focused attitude with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a hotel and recreation setting
