We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as our new Housekeeping Supervisor. As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Raffles Doha and Fairmont Doha you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized service to ensure an outstanding luxury guest experience. Representing the elegance and service excellence of both Raffles and Fairmont, you will lead and support the Housekeeping team in delivering immaculate guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces in accordance with the highest hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces are maintained to the highest luxury hospitality standards.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with Raffles and Fairmont brand standards.
- Lead, support, and motivate the Housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service, operational excellence and attention to detail.
- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to Room Attendants and housekeeping colleagues, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and amenities inventory levels, ensuring proper stock control and timely replenishment.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient room readiness.
- Handle guest requests, preferences, and concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues, safety hazards and lost & found items in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, health & safety standards and departmental operating procedures at all times.
- Support onboarding, training and performance development of housekeeping colleagues to maintain service excellence and brand standards.
- Prepare reports, room status updates and operational documentation accurately and efficiently as required.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment while upholding the luxury service culture of Raffles Doha and Fairmont Doha.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar supervisory role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, room inspections, and quality control standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and support a diverse housekeeping team.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest‑centric and service‑oriented approach.
- Ability to handle guest requests, concerns, and operational challenges professionally, efficiently, and with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good understanding of health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards within a luxury hotel setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
