Position Overview

Housekeeping Attendant roles in Doha, Qatar support Qatar Airways Hospitality operations at Dhiafatina The Airport Hotel by maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest comfort. This role contributes directly to delivering a five‑star hotel experience through attention to detail, professionalism, and consistent service quality across guest rooms and public areas.

• Collect keys and daily assignments, prepare housekeeping trolley and equipment to complete tasks efficiently
• Clean and maintain guest rooms in line with hotel performance standards and service expectations
• Clean bathrooms and replenish amenities according to approved hotel procedures
• Tidy and arrange guest belongings with care to meet Leading Quality Assurance standards
• Coordinate with valet services for guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing requests
• Clean and maintain guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas to ensure a professional appearance
• Report maintenance issues to the engineering team to support facility upkeep
• Consider guest needs and privacy when working in rooms and public areas to ensure satisfaction
• Operate in a safe and environmentally responsible manner to protect guests, colleagues, and facilities
• Comply with environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head of Department

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills with ability to follow instructions
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
• Basic knowledge of cleaning tools, equipment, and materials
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn in a professional hospitality environment
• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural team and follow established procedures
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel are an advantage
